motion graphic designer

InSync PLUS has been a leader in film and television marketing for over 30 years and works with most major motion picture studios, streaming, and television outlets. This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience supporting our Motion Graphics Intern, working closely as an apprentice to advance your skill set. The internship is 40 hours per week. • An educational background in Motion Graphics/Animation/Design • An interest in motion graphics for TV / Broadcast, Streaming and / or Social Media • Experience with Adobe apps (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, design composition, timing, and other graphic design/illustration fundamentals • Design and conceptual problem-solving skills • Experience with exporting in multiple formats for finishing • Passionate about learning VFX, including but not limited to, roto-scoping, camera tracking, keying, design, typography, and animation • Skilled multitasker with a keen attention to detail • Organized self-starter who is able to take direction well and communicate effectively • Positive attitude :) • MUST provide an up to date reel or link to portfolio • This role is designed for the super creative / innovative thinkers that are eager to learn and grow in the motion graphic field of design, reporting directly to the Senior Motion Graphics Designer • Attend AV check-in meetings to share insights into projects • Work on smaller projects and collaborate with other designers • Research and conceptualize ideas for Style frames (2D and/or 3D animation) • Assist the AV production team in generating multiple versions/sizes of marketing spots • Learning the ins and outs of the post-production world
