The ideal candidate should have a strong design portfolio, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in an agency environment with exposure to exciting enterprise brands. • Collaborate with the media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals. • Collaborate with internal teams and client teams to understand business goals, target audience, and additional data points to help with the creation of A/B tests and data driven designs • Design and implement A/B tests tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions. Qualifications: • Experience: • 1-3 years experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance drive creative and CRO • 1 year experience with motion graphics • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign • Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
