Not only do we work with over 6,500 dealerships and every major manufacturer in the country, we're well-versed in OEM standards and the intricacies of a dealership or group's local business.Position SummaryWe're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer to join our production team. for use in productionEdit video, create motion graphics, apply visual effects, and handle color correctionMix and master audio tracks including music, voiceovers, and sound effectsEncode/export video files and upload to designated platformsProof and QC content for design consistency and accuracyMaintain clean, organized project files in line with internal standardsContribute to larger team efforts and assist on complex projects as neededOptimize graphics for various formats and screen sizesStay current on industry trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to the teamCollaborate with the creative team to storyboard and execute branded video contentBalance multiple projects while meeting deadlines and incorporating feedback*This list of essential functions and job duties is not all inclusive and you may be expected to perform other job duties as assigned.Position RequirementsAssociate's Degree in Animation, Film, Design, Fine Arts, or related field (or equivalent work experience)2+ years of full-time experience in motion graphics with a strong portfolioProficient in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition; working knowledge of Illustrator and PhotoshopSolid grasp of typography, pacing, composition, and visual storytellingAbility to produce polished video and audio content under tight deadlinesFamiliarity with 3D tools like Cinema 4D, Blender, or Maya is a plusKnowledge of manufacturer branding and design complianceExcellent time management and project organizationStrong communication skills and a collaborative team mindsetWillingness to accept feedback and iterate quicklyProactive problem-solver with a positive, respectful attitudeWork from HereAt Affinitiv, we have the best of both worlds.
