Motion Graphics Designer

The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to develop design solutions that align with business objectives and SHI’s brand and marketing goals. This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes to enhance user experiences, and producing engaging, high-quality motion graphics and video content that showcase SHI’s products, services, and corporate culture to both internal and external audiences. + Collaborate closely with Video Team members, developers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure design solutions and motion graphics reflect SHI’s brand voice and production standards. + Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and key visual assets to support motion graphics and video production, ensuring alignment with customer needs and project goals. The most important metric by which success can be measured - the rate at which we retain our customers - is 99%, ranking SHI among the highest in our industry or any other!
