Motion Graphics Designer & 3D Artist

IDEOLOGY is seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer & 3D Artist to join our creative team. Collaboration & Communication • Work closely with Creative Directors to align on visual style and execution • Collaborate with Video Editors to ensure smooth integration of motion and 3D elements • Partner with Project Managers on schedules, deadlines, and client feedback implementation Required Skills & Experience • Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects • Strong experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, 3Ds Max, or similar platforms) • Solid understanding of animation principles, composition, and visual storytelling • Experience with compositing and rendering workflows • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining quality standards • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities • Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics and 3D work Preferred Qualifications • Experience in video production environments • Knowledge of additional compositing tools and rendering engines • Understanding of current motion graphics trends and techniques • Background working with Creative Directors and agency teams We’re looking for someone who thrives in a collaborative creative environment and is passionate about bringing ideas to life through motion and 3D artistry.
