The Motion Graphics Designer is responsible for collaborating with stakeholders to develop design solutions that align with business objectives and SHI’s brand and marketing goals. This role involves conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes to enhance user experiences, and producing engaging, high-quality motion graphics and video content that showcase SHI’s products, services, and corporate culture to both internal and external audiences. Conceptualize, plan, and execute motion graphics projects—including corporate promotional videos, product demos, event coverage, explainer videos, and social media content—that align with SHI’s brand and business objectives. Collaborate closely with Video Team members, developers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and ensure design solutions and motion graphics reflect SHI’s brand voice and production standards. Willingness to Learn: Can actively seek out learning opportunities but may need guidance to apply new knowledge or skills effectively.
