Motion Graphics Designer

The Motion Graphics Designer will report to the Director of Communications and work closely with the Art Director, Lead Videographer, and Communications team to translate ministry priorities and sermon direction into compelling, immersive visual experiences that enhance worship and engagement at scale. This position will collaborate directly with ministry leaders to understand the vision and direction for sermons and other ministry collateral. During certain times of the year, additional hours and days may be necessary to meet the job’s demands. Job Responsibilities & Duties • LED & Live Environment Content and Execution • Own the creative development and execution of all LED screen content across campus • Design immersive motion environments for worship services, including Cornerstone • Ensure all screen content aligns with the overall communications strategy and visual identity • Develop scalable motion systems and templates for recurring ministry needs • Optimize content for LED wall specifications, aspect ratios, playback systems, and live production environments Collaboration • Partner closely with the Art Director to align motion content with design priorities and branding • Work cross-functionally with Worship, Production, and Ministry teams to bring concepts to life • Contribute to creative brainstorming and campaign development conversations • Provide visual expertise in planning meetings related to stage design and environment
