Motion Graphics Designer

You bring both the creative eye and the technical fluency to produce compelling visual work inside a live production environment, and you thrive when the pressure is on. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORRequired Experience & Skills• 3+ years of motion graphics experience in a broadcast, sports production, or live events environment• Hands-on experience with a broadcast real-time graphics engine — familiarity with industry-standard CG platforms is essential• Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator; working knowledge of Premiere Pro• Strong command of typography, color theory, motion theory, and visual composition — these are non-negotiable in a broadcast environment• Experience building template-based graphics systems — not just one-off animations• Ability to adapt assets across multiple display formats and aspect ratios (broadcast, videoboard, LED, ribbon board)• Concept and storyboard skills — able to develop an idea from brief to style frame before animation begins• Ability to work under deadline pressure in a fast-paced, live production environment• Portfolio demonstrating broadcast graphics work — lower thirds, data-driven stats, live sports graphics preferred WHY MIXON DIGITALMost motion graphics roles put you inside one team's world.
