Motion Graphics / Post-Production Specialist

Studio Iowa is seeking a Motion Graphics/Post-Production Specialist to join our multidisciplinary creative team. While experience in this area is helpful, any exposure or a willingness to develop these skills on the job is acceptable.Collaboration: Actively participate in brainstorming and ideation sessions, providing constructive feedback and critique on projects.Deadlines: Meet all deadlines for production and post-production in a fast paced studio environment. 4–7+ years of professional experience in motion design or post-production workflows.Demonstrated high-level proficiency in Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro, with an emphasis on 2D motion design as well as appropriate motion graphics to accompany live video.High level of competency with Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop for asset design and preparation for motion graphics.Basic knowledge of broadcast/cinema cameras and video lighting.A digital portfolio demonstrating mastery of motion design and editorial storytelling is required.Strong verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.Degree: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Video Production, Graphic Design, Media Studies) is preferred but not required.
