This role blends creating performance-driven, engaging, customer-first creative for all marketing initiatives and social media ownership. You’ll play a key role in bringing our brand to life—ensuring consistency, clarity, and creativity across our websites, marketing and customer engagement emails, organic and paid social, affiliate presence, and display ads — collaborating closely with UX/UI, SEO, Communications, and Paid Origination colleagues (among others). What You’ll Do Consistent, high-quality visual output across all channels and presence;Data-validated design decisions that improve user experience and conversions:Increased engagement and performance across our websites;Improved SEO performance of visual elements;Higher engagement with communications (blog, emails, texts);Better results from paid campaigns and affiliate content and efforts; andImproved consistency of presence and meaningful engagement across social media. You’ll gain exposure to leadership, have a real voice in shaping compliance practices, and be supported as you continue to develop your expertise.
