## **Apply Now** Under general supervision, acts as a representative of NWA Media and serves as a Multimedia Coordinator to assigned Account Executives. Works collectively with sales executives by taking care of scheduling ads, maintaining spreadsheets, communicating with clients, and coordinating with multiple departments including graphic design, financial services, layout, and other assistants. May also work special events and promotions, provide backup as needed, and multiple other office tasks. Bilingual Preferred, but not necessary. A variety of technical tools will be required, including but not limited to ASK CRM, print and digital insertion orders, Olive archive, HelpSpot, Excel, Word and programs specific to the newspaper industry.
