Maintain and update the internal website where VM guides are housedSupport basic front-end updates, layouts, and content organizationPartner with internal teams to help conceptualize and build a future-ready digital interface for store iPadsEnsure content is optimized for usability, accessibility, and real-world store conditions Work independently as a self-starter while collaborating cross-functionally with VM, Creative, and Digital teamsManage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentContinuously look for ways to improve clarity, efficiency, and the store experience through better communication tools Working knowledge of HTML5 and CSSAbility to design and implement basic web layoutsUnderstanding of responsive design and browser behaviorComfortable updating and maintaining existing web pages and templatesAble to collaborate with developers or work directly in front-end files when needed Experience shooting and editing video for digital useFamiliarity with instructional or how-to video formatsMotion graphics or animation experience is a plus
