What You'll Do Lead graphic design of brand assets across the organization: social graphics, website graphics, and banners.Help identify and direct the types of assets needed to deliver campaigns and other requested elements.Create short-form video for Reels, TikTok, Shorts, and similar platforms, built primarily from Video Production's long-form footage.Produce motion graphics, title sequences, lower thirds, and transitions that elevate long- and short-form content.Develop content for campaigns, competitions, and recruitment.Help capture social photography and content on-site at competitions and events, or direct others on what's needed.Create real-time event content for social channels and coordinate with Video Production on event capture.Assist with long-form editing as needed and keep footage, motion assets, and production files organized.Support the Digital Marketing Specialist on social assets.Keep all design on-brand and consistent. 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience with strong video capabilities.A portfolio that spans brand graphics, short-form video, and motion design.Experience producing platform-specific social content and supporting or directing photo and video capture on-site.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, including After Effects and Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.A creative eye, fresh ideas, and a bias for trying new formats.Sharp attention to detail and a track record of delivering polished work on schedule.
