Multimedia Designer

In this role, you will collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia developers, active-duty military subject matter experts, and government clients to produce high-quality video, animation, and interactive training content. This position is located in Virginia Beach, VA. You’ll impact the work we do for training across the Marines Corps and the solutions we deliver for the client. Create engaging digital media products that support mission-focused training and communication requirements.Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia developers, active-duty military subject matter experts, and government clients to produce high-quality video, animation, and interactive training content.Manage the entire production lifecycle, including concept development, storyboarding, video capture, audio recording, editing, motion graphics, animation, and final delivery.Translate complex procedures, technical information, and instructional content into compelling visual experiences.Support eLearning and interactive content development using tools such as H5P.Requirements Experience with professional video production, editing, and renderingExperience operating video cameras, lighting equipment, microphones, and related production equipmentExperience editing video and audio using software such as Adobe Premiere ProExperience creating motion graphics and animations using Adobe After EffectsExperience using Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and AuditionExperience developing visual and multimedia assets for digital, video, instructional, or training productsAbility to manage multiple production assignments and meet established deadlinesAbility to collaborate with clients, subject matter experts, instructional designers, and creative team membersSecret clearanceBachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, animation, graphic design, or digital media, or 7+ years of experience in multimedia design, video production, animation, graphic design, or digital media in lieu of a degreeNice-to-haves
