As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for handling multiple projects from concept through execution across all digital, print, and video mediums with a primary focus on motion graphics/animation, microsites, HTML emails/newsletters, and web assets. The Team Our in-house team is an agile, inclusive, hard-working group, dedicated to bringing our MassMutual brand to life across many media solutions. • Maintain relevancy in the field by monitoring visual design and digital trends, as well as emerging technology and usability trends • Ensure design/brand consistency and quality across multiple channels • Work to grow integrated digital strategy • Select music tracks, photography, stock footage, iconography, graphic elements and integrate all into nished videos for internal and external viewing (MM.com, MM intranet, MM Sales & Marketing, MM social media) • Ability to ensure quality control and consistency on each output, with a high level of nishing skills including design aesthetic, asset integration, audio optimization, color correction • Weave together brand stories with storyboarding, video footage, brand assets, illustrations and make creative decisions throughout projects based on written scripts or input from the Brand Creative team and clients. The Ideal Qualifications: • Experience with innovative web/digital content on a project basis for clients as needed • Ability to present and sell ideas to high profile clients • Familiarity with a wide variety of media and presentationtechniques • Ability to perform complex creative concept development through brainstorming and idea generation.
