Multimedia Designer

This role is part of Genesys Beyond (Education), the learning and enablement function within Genesys Customer Success. As a Multimedia Designer in the Beyond team, you’ll play a key role in crafting dynamic, AI-powered learning content that accelerates customer success and drives product mastery at scale. In this role, you will design and produce engaging multimedia content that supports customer education and enablement, and product training.
