Multimedia Designer

The Multimedia Designer will be responsible for design, editing, motion graphics, and related tasks for video projects as part of the Creative team at RxBenefits. Video projects may range from short social media posts to long webinars, for use in locations ranging from RxBenefits social media accounts to the RxBenefits website. Required Skills / Experience: • College degree in graphic design, digital design, or a related field strongly preferred • At least three years’ experience in a similar role • A portfolio of multimedia design content showing skills and experience • Intermediate-to advanced-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite programs • Knowledge of Cinema 4D, Unreal Engine or other 3D programs is a plus • Excellent knowledge of visual design principles and motion graphics • Excellent visual communication skills to present ideas and information in a multimedia context • Ability to take feedback and make necessary changes • Ability to communicate and work collaboratively This role is also short-term incentive eligible.
