Multimedia Designer Job Description

The Multimedia Designer position exists within the Mitchells Agency creative department. The Multimedia Designer is a visionary artist who brings concepts to life through a mixture of graphic design, video production, animation, and web development. The Multimedia Designer may work directly with account service, or with production artists and outside contractors (freelancers and vendors), to complete design requirements. • Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus • Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design • Knowledge of 3D modeling and animation software • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Creative problem-solving abilities • Proven experience as a Multimedia Designer or similar role • Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography • Excellent attention to detail • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines • Good organizational and time management skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to receive and implement constructive feedback • Strong portfolio of original content work the candidate has created, written or concepted demonstrating multimedia design skills across print, video and animation.
