Reach Shaily Sharma - 9084874334Email: shaily(at)zilliontechnologies(dot)comPosition: Multimedia Designer / Graphic Designer / E-learning DesignerLocation: Remote and Onsite Twice a week (Pensacola, FL)Duration: Long-term ongoing open-ended contractThe Multimedia Designer will be responsible for designing and developing complex multimedia elements (graphics, animations, audio, video, and print) and applying agile techniques to develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction, web-based training, video-based learning solutions, and software simulations to support employee learning and development initiatives and business unit objectives across the organization.Responsibilities include:Create courseware to meet business unit training needs and enhance the employee learning experience.Provide multimedia services to help deliver key communications and enable greater productivity.Work under limited supervision and use moderate discretion to modify work practices/processes.Adapt and learn new learning technologies and delivery approaches.Collaborate with a team of experienced developers and instructional designers to implement innovative and creative learning multimedia solutions.Conduct digital video production including planning, taping, editing, sound mixing, design, compression, and output.Produce complex, interactive multimedia presentations and web-based training to present and clarify complex subject matter to diverse audiences.Qualifications:Significant experience in creating animations and interactive elements for e-Learning courseware in animation software.Significant experience in developing graphical user interfaces.Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and/or in a team environment to achieve goals.Significant experience in multimedia development and production, preferably in a corporate setting.Significant experience in providing direction and guidance for multimedia projects from conceptual phase through implementation.Significant experience in recording/editing audio, video, and digital photographs for eLearning courseware and other media formats.Significant experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multidimensional teams and projects.Advanced knowledge of media principles, including understanding the uses and advantages/disadvantages of different media channels.Advanced knowledge of training techniques and practices.Advanced skills in analyzing and resolving design problems with unique and creative solutions.Advanced database and presentation software skills.Advanced organizational, planning, and time management skills.Advanced research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Advanced skills in capturing and translating processes and requirements into easily understood terms.Advanced skills in communicating with all levels within an organization.Advanced skills in exercising initiative and using good judgment to make sound decisions.Advanced verbal and written communication skills.Effective skills in guiding and training less experienced staff.Please send qualified resumes directly to: shaily(at)zilliontechnologies(dot)com // 9084874334Thanks,Shaily SharmaZillion Technologies Inc.Asst.
