Multimedia Designer (LOCALS ONLY ) ---- Hybrid Role Job at Zillion Technologies

To design and develop complex multimedia elements (graphics; animations; audio; video and print) and apply agile techniques to develop Interactive Multimedia Instruction; Webbased training, video-based learning solutions, and software simulations to support employee learning and development initiatives and business unit objectives across the organization. - Complex / Difficult • Perform pre-production work to include developing video concepts, collaborating with writers on storyboarding, and scouting and preparing site locations or studio environment - Moderately Complex / Varied • Provide consultation surrounding technical and design guidance - Moderately Complex / Varied • Provides technical support and troubleshooting – Advanced • Research emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business goals - Advanced analysis • Collaborate with a wide range of internal business contacts to implement processes, new applications and system enhancements - Assist in leading • Conduct and / or facilitate user acceptance testing to include developing and executing test cases, communication with project teams, validating and documenting results - Assist in leading • Ensure clear, concise and effective communication of material - Assist in leading • Maintain and improve knowledge through professional associations, conferences, and seminars - Advanced • Manage multiple projects under tight deadlines across a broad variety of product categories and audiences - Assist in leading • Monitor assigned projects to ensure that goals and objectives are completed according to schedule; collaborate with project teams to ensure all business needs are met - Considerable impact • Serve as mentor / trainer and provide guidance and assistance to team members • Serve as subject matter expert regarding business functions, systems, policies and / or procedures – Advanced • Serve on teams and task groups for projects / initiatives within the business unit & / or across the organization - Assist in leading • Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications : • Significant experience in creating animations and interactive elements fore-Learning courseware in animation software • Significant experience in developing graphical user interfaces • Significant experience in managing multiple priorities independently and / or in a team environment to achieve goals • Significant experience in multimedia development and production, preferably in a corporate setting • Significant experience in providing direction and guidance for multimedia projects from a conceptual phase through implementation and in the completion of design and production projects / processes • Significant experience in recording / editing audio, video, and digital photographs foreLearning courseware and other media formats • Significant experience in working and participating in cross-functional, multidimensional teams and projects • Advanced knowledge of media principles, including an understanding of the uses and advantages / disadvantages of different media channels • Advanced knowledge of training techniques and practices • Advanced analyzing and resolving design problems with unique and creative solutions • Advanced database and presentation software skills • Advanced organizational, planning and time management skills.
