Professional Experience : 1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or a related field Technical Proficiency : Proven experience using the Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) to create professional design assets (3-5 years) Multimedia Production : Demonstrated experience in digital photography and videography, including shooting and basic post-production editing Web & Digital Support : Experience performing website content updates through a Content Management System (CMS) and distributing external digital communications Content Planning : Experience developing or maintaining a professional content calendar for social media platforms Design Fundamentals : Applied knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout as evidenced in a professional portfolio or resume Content Coordination : Develop and manage a proactive social media content calendar and assist in the distribution of external digital communications.
