Multimedia Graphic Designer

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Multimedia Designer role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. This role is built for a creative who can shoot and edit scroll-stopping vertical video (90 seconds or less) AND design clean, on-brand graphics for everything from social to landing pages. You’ll create and produce visual assets across digital and print channels — including short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, property marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, and sales collateral. • Strong graphic design skills, with a portfolio demonstrating branding and marketing work. • Branding skills, with the ability to interpret and apply brand guidelines and help evolve the Coastal Pointe Homes visual identity.
