Multimedia Graphic Designer Job at Coastal Pointe Homes in Tampa

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Multimedia Designer role based in the Greater Tampa Bay Area. At Coastal Pointe Homes, our marketing lives in short-form. This role is built for a creative who can shoot and edit scroll-stopping vertical video (90 seconds or less) AND design clean, on-brand graphics for everything from social to landing pages.You’ll create and produce visual assets across digital and print channels — including short-form video for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts, property marketing materials, social media graphics, website visuals, presentations, and sales collateral. Day to day, that means capturing and editing short-form video, developing brand-consistent layouts, designing graphics and animations, and preparing production-ready files. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership to interpret briefs, translate concepts into compelling visuals, and support campaigns and launches.
