Multimedia Production Artist

This is a hands-on role for someone who can turn established creative direction into polished, accurate and effective work across e-commerce, print, photography, video and social media. While the primary focus of this role is e-commerce and print production, video experience is a valuable plus for candidates who bring skill and confidence in shooting and editing product, instructional, and short-form video content. Produce Amazon listing images, A+ content and other e-commerce creative from approved concepts and briefsExtend established designs across products, formats, sizes and channelsRetouch and composite product and lifestyle imagery using advanced Photoshop techniquesGenerate and refine AI-assisted imagery while maintaining realistic results and exact product fidelityCreate and update packaging, labels, instructions, inserts, sell sheets and other print collateralPrepare accurate, organized and production-ready files for print, digital publishing, vendors and internal useAdapt photography, campaign creative and (when applicable) video into social posts, carousels, thumbnails and channel-specific formatsApply brand standards consistently while identifying practical opportunities to improve the workProofread, preflight and quality-check deliverables for copy, product accuracy, branding and technical requirementsMaintain organized working files, linked assets, versions and final exportsHelp improve templates, workflows, SOPs and repeatable production systemsShoot and edit product demonstrations, instructional videos, interviews and short-form social content (nice to have) Approximately 4–7 years of professional production design, graphic design or multimedia experienceA strong portfolio demonstrating e-commerce, product marketing, print and digital designAdvanced Adobe Photoshop skills, including retouching and product compositingStrong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and InDesignExperience preparing professional print-production and digital-delivery filesStrong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy and visual storytellingExperience working within an established brand systemFamiliarity with generative-image tools and the ability to identify and correct visual inaccuraciesExcellent attention to detail, organization and product accuracyAbility to manage multiple projects, solve routine production problems and work independently through final deliveryWillingness and ability to work on-site in Petaluma five days per week Video skills are a welcome bonus you may bring to the role.
