The Garden has beautifully restored native habitats, cultivated gardens, walking trails, and public programming that offer education and enjoyment for people of all ages. Naples Botanical Garden is a 501(c)3 organization.Position Summary: The Content Associate is responsible for supporting the Communications & Marketing department’s efforts to ensure Naples Botanical Garden’s continued growth and increase awareness of the Garden. This position is hybrid, meaning off-site work is possible on approved schedule.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Creating email communications and uploading lists for the Garden’s various audiences.Coordinating media requests.Facilitating and overseeing on-site media including video and photoshoots by third parties.Press releases and maintaining up-to-date media lists.Keeping community calendars up to date.Following up with colleagues for information on upcoming projects, clarifying deliverables.Short writing projects as assigned.Communicate and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.Requirements/Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferred; concentration in Communications/English/Marketing/Advertising or related role a plus.1 – 3 years prior experience related role desired.Willingness to work evenings and/or weekends on occasion.Excellent writing and editing skills with an ability to distill complex information for a variety of audiences.Excellent communication skills, able to speak, read, and write in English.Bilingual or multilingual a plus.Experience with mass email products (e.g.
