This position is responsible for a diverse range of design projects across NEBCO’s 20+ companies in industries including construction, real estate, golf, and baseball. *PLEASE INCLUDE PORTFOLIO WITH RESUME/APPLICATION*Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:Abides by Company Safety Program and Policies, while performing duties safely.Designs original graphics, illustrations, logos, and layouts for use in digital and print media, including websites, social media, brochures, and advertisements.Ensures all designs adhere to brand guidelines and reflect a cohesive brand identity across various platforms.Cross team/company collaboration with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand project requirements and translate them into compelling design solutions.Conceptualizes and develops creative ideas and concepts in line with project briefs and marketing objectives.Prepares final designs for both digital and print, ensuring accuracy and quality in formats suitable for publishing.Keeps up to date with industry trends, design tools, and technologies to ensure designs are innovative and modern.Modifies and refines designs based on feedback from stakeholders, ensuring project goals are met.Balances several projects at once, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs within deadlines.Collaborates with external vendors, like printers, to ensure designs are executed accurately in final products.Organizes and maintains digital asset libraries, including design files, artwork, and branding materials for easy access and future use.Designs, creates, and deploys email marketing campaigns, ensuring they support marketing goals.Collaborates with the marketing team to contribute to social media strategy and create visual content for social platforms, helping with the deployment of posts and campaigns.Assists with the day-to-day activities necessary to produce and deliver web content to 20+ company websites.Adheres to creative visual standards for the web, social media, and content contained on company websites.Other duties may be assigned.Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related discipline; and2 years of experience and/or training in graphic design; oran equivalent combination of related education and experience.Certificates, LicensesValid Driver’s LicenseSkills and AbilitiesExperience with social media platforms and any emerging and relevant platforms required.Must have an understanding of major social media platforms, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn both as a marketer and as a user.Knowledge of, or ability to quickly master and use, Adobe Creative Cloud and photography post-production.Knowledge of, or ability to quickly master and use, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Acrobat.High skill level of experience in the Microsoft Office Applications, such as Word and Excel, is desired.Benefits IncludeRetirement PlansPAID HolidaysInsurance BenefitsPAID Time OffWellness Program - with the opportunity to earn five additional days offOn the Job TrainingCondition of EmploymentCandidate is required to meet the above qualifications, task frequency, and PPE requirements.
