Required: experience painting with acrylics, must show examples of work (2d painting is fine, portrait painting a plus) communication skills (work will be critiqued and you will critique others) note-taking (you will keep detailed notes on what you paint for future reference) Work on-site (should live near Valrico, FL) Not required but a big plus (in order): painting on 3d objects, cosplay/prop painting creating vector graphics and stencils to scale and using a Cricut machine 3d modeling on pc using Blender or similar Clay sculpting digital painting skills sewing and costume assembly experience with electronics Job duties: inspect spray painted parts for defects, hand paint precisely to character/prop specs keeping notes to stay consistent, make stencils on Cricut and place on parts, hand cut and apply tape, sand and distress. You might help with other jobs occasionally, such as assembly with glues, sewing, electronics, and more depending on skills.
