In this role, you’ll play a critical part in executing and extending our creative vision: translating brand strategy and UX direction into compelling design across our website, packaging, social media, campaigns, and more.You’ll report directly to our Creative Director and work closely with marketing and product teams, and a trusted bench of freelancers to bring high-impact ideas to life. What You'll Do:Concept and design compelling creative and campaigns for both on-site and off-site marketing channels.Own the look and feel of our social media channels through ongoing design leadership and guiding content creation with an external agency.Build and extend UX frameworks provided by the Creative Director, designing responsive web views and production-ready assets for implementation.Design and produce physical packaging in collaboration with our product and ops teams.Support retail, tradeshow, and experiential brand needs through environmental graphics and signage.Partner with the Creative Director on photo and content production—helping to plan, art direct, and bring branded content to life.Balance speed and strategy in asset creation—knowing when to move quickly in-house and when to outsource.Work cross-functionally to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand consistency.Stay ahead of emerging technologies, including AI, to responsibly enhance creative processes.Learn from performance data to inform design decisions, creating a feedback loop for continuous optimization.
