As a Presentation Design Specialist, you’ll support new business efforts by creating visually compelling materials that help our work stand out—from RFIs and RFPs to scope proposals and presentations. You’ll partner with pitch teams to develop custom design systems for each opportunity, ensuring consistency with client brand guidelines while translating complex content into clear, engaging visuals. • Proven experience designing materials as part of the new business process, including Keynote presentations, RFIs, and RFPs. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.- Experience designing materials required as part of the new business process - RFIs, RFPs, Keynote Presentations, Scope proposals • Strong ability to use design to effectively communicate content that can be complex (strategic frameworks, agency process, charts/graphs, staff plans, etc.) • Ability to work with the integrated pitch teams to effectively design their content and manage revisions throughout the process
