We're partnered with a fast-growing technology startup seeking a Graphic Designer with exceptional visual taste and a strong creative point of view. This role is ideal for a designer who excels at transforming high-level creative concepts into beautifully crafted work across digital, print, presentation, and experiential channels.The ideal candidate has 2 to 4 years of experience in a creative agency or in-house brand environment, an outstanding portfolio that showcases exceptional visual craftsmanship, and an appreciation for contemporary, art-forward design. You'll work closely with creative leadership to develop compelling, innovative work that elevates the brand while maintaining the highest level of design quality and attention to detail.Responsibilities Develop and execute original design concepts from ideation through final production.Create high-quality visual assets across digital, print, presentations, campaigns, and branded experiences.Translate creative strategy and brand direction into compelling visual solutions.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback throughout the design process.Design polished presentation decks and marketing materials.Maintain brand consistency across all creative deliverables.Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and culturally relevant creative work.Partner closely with Creative Directors and Art Directors to bring innovative ideas to life.Qualifications 2 to 4 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably within a creative agency or in-house brand team.Outstanding portfolio demonstrating strong visual design, concept development, and creative execution.Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color, composition, and visual storytelling.A modern design aesthetic inspired by contemporary art, culture, and immersive visual experiences.Ability to translate artistic inspiration into thoughtful brand and digital design.Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign).Strong PowerPoint or presentation design skills.Excellent organization, attention to detail, and file management skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced creative environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
