What we are looking forWe are seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a drive for excellence, an enthusiastic nature and a keen eye for detail. This role will have both leasing and capital markets specific experience. This role will be based out of our Atlanta, GA location.Primary ResponsibilitiesDevelop eye‑catching and effective marketing materials for new business pursuits and property marketing including presentations, websites, email campaigns, OM’s, brochures, signage, events, etc.Innovate and collaborate with sales professionals on creation of marketing materials.Work closely with our marketing and real estate teams to understand project objectives and deliver design solutions that align with business goals.Provide guidance and creative input on projects.Reposition assets with the ability to rebrand properties by logo development, color palettes, typography, and other various design concepts to tell the story.Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor marketing materials to inform and improve design strategies.Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks effectively.Skills, Education and Experience3+ years of experience as a graphic designerCommercial/residential real estate or advertising agency experience preferred.Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, marketing, design and visual communication, fine arts or a related field.Full knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office. InDesign and PowerPoint are a must. Proficient in both Mac and PC.
