The person who fills this role will be a key player on our team - delivering design solutions for Women with the primary focus of creating new graphics across a wide range of illustration styles and applying these graphics to footwear along with consideration of color, materialization and the opportunity for new creation.The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver who's ready and willing to work in a team environment. In this role they will be responsible for a portion of the team's design work which fluctuates by season and need, executing multiple projects with organization, attention to detail and good time management.WHAT YOU WILL WORK ONIf this ideal candidate is you, you'll be working with our Chuck Taylor Design Director, the Women's design team and other cross-functional partners such as Product Merchandisers and Developers to create graphics and apply them to Womens shoes for multiple seasons each year. We also get trend and creative direction from the Trend team and the Creative Director, work with other designers across categories, and have several all-design events and milestones.WHAT YOU BRINGGraphic design experience that includes versatile illustration skills An excellent eye for design and high taste level A creative spirit and a willingness to iterate A collaborative approach that can work well in teams Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator 2+ years experience in the Footwear Industry Knowledge of Footwear graphics executions / applications Ability to build footwear collections Strong knowledge of how to apply color to a collection Knowledge of footwear trends Versatile artwork creation skills across multiple styles / mediums Organization and attention to detail Strong presentation skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
