Overview:We’re seeking a versatile and creative Brand Designer to help grow and maintain our visual identity across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong foundation in design principles, an eye for cohesive brand messaging, and hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud. You’ll collaborate across departments to create compelling digital and print assets for various sales and marketing channels.If you thrive on variety, love creative problem-solving, and enjoy working on diverse design projects, this is the role for you.Key Responsibilities:Evolve and maintain brand guidelines in collaboration with the executive teamCreate brand-forward digital and print advertising assetsDesign and coordinate email marketing campaignsDevelop content for social media platforms, including ads and postsDesign promotional print materialsCreate T-shirt mockups for marketing and web contentCollaborate with the photo team for photoshoots and digital asset managementUpload and maintain product listings on our eCommerce platformPartner with retail teams to develop in-store displays and signageSupport execution of marketing campaigns and strategic initiativesBuild and manage a digital library of design assetsQualifications:Strong understanding of graphic design principles and brandingAbility to take projects from concept to completionSolid grasp of typography, color theory, and visual hierarchySkilled in creating production-ready assets in multiple formatsExperience with photo editing and layout designEffective communicator with strong time-management skillsDetail-oriented and comfortable working under deadlinesTeam player with a collaborative mindsetmust have a web portfolio Requirements:3–5 years of professional design experienceStrong portfolio showcasing brand identity and design versatilityProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)Experience with eCommerce platforms such as BigCommerce, Shopify, or WordPressFamiliarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plusMarketing and email campaign experience is a bonusDegree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred—but self-taught designers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply
