The Development Manager reports to the Chief Development Officer and works closely with both the North Puget Sound District Director and staff and the entire LCS Development Team. • Mission-driven with a desire to make a difference in North Puget Sound • 3+ years of generalist fund development experience within a nonprofit or government relations setting • Data-driven with a strong ability to extract and analyze data, and use data to tell a story • Bachelor’s degree • Experience with donor database/CRM management • Driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a reliable vehicle • Proficiency in Google Docs and Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher • Legislative advocacy experience, particularly in acquiring operational funds is a plus • Graphic design experience is a plus • Overnight travel: Less than 5%
