We specialize in yard signs, rigid substrate printing, screen-printed graphics, banners, and custom business signage. Position Overview We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with customer service and sales skills. This role involves designing, taking customer orders, preparing print files, and helping clients bring their ideas to life. Ideal for someone who enjoys both design and communicating with customers. Key Responsibilities Create artwork for screen printing, rigid substrates (coroplast, PVC, ACM, foam board), and large-format print Prepare print-ready files (correct size, bleed, Pantone colors, resolution) Assist customers in person, by phone, and email Provide quotes, process orders, and follow up with leads Produce proofs & revisions Work with production staff to ensure print accuracy & deadlines Help with basic social media content when needed Required Skills Proficient in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop (CorelDRAW a plus) Strong communication skills and positive attitude with customers Ability to manage multiple jobs in a fast-paced print environment Understanding of print file setup (bleed, outlines, raster vs vector, Pantone) Preferred Experience in screen printing or sign/print shop environment Knowledge of rigid substrates and large-format workflow Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus Schedule Full-time, Monday-Friday On-site position (not remote) Compensation $22-$28 per hour depending on experience Sales commission/bonuses available Paid time off after probation period Long-term growth opportunity How to Apply Email your resume & portfolio Principals only.
