NSC is hiring: Graphic Designer/ Video Editor in Indianapolis

NSC Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Graphic Designer / Video Editor to lead the development of all visual assets across the organization. This role will support marketing, recruitment, sales, training, operations, and executive functions by producing high-impact creative materials that strengthen brand consistency, elevate storytelling, and align with corporate brand standards. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 3–5 years of hands‑on design and video experience, is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, and brings a deep understanding of digital, print, and social content production. 3–5 years of experience in graphic design, multimedia production, or creative services. Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across a fast‑moving organization.
