• Develop excellent knowledge of different rental properties and descriptions to be able to assist clients in choosing a property • Learn reservation software & other industry software/websites for booking reservations Additionally, experience in any graphic design software, CRM, or social media/marketing knowledge is a big plus. Attention to detail is a must. Candidate must be customer service oriented with excellent phone and problem-solving skills and have 3 years minimum experience in customer service or customer relations in office job or similar setting.
