Graphic Design/Sign company seeking a multitasking individual who likes to stay busy. The unique position is full- time position with A LOT of room to grow. Current duties (but not limited to): • Answer phones and talk with clients, vendors, and staff • Daily email correspondence with clients and responses to inquiries • Ship items via UPS/FEDEX- may need to take them to their locations • Ordering supplies from vendors and maintaining stock • Assisting with accounts payable and accounts receivable • Generating work orders, then converting them to invoices, take payments via phone or in person • Help facilitate job progress Other general office administrative duties include (but not limited to): Cleaning the office and shop area, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning and organizing desk(s), vinyl and shelves, sweeping/mopping, cleaning refrigerator/microwave, etc. This position represents Our Company and is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, therefore requires a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement. This is a Full-Time, In-Office position.
