Office Assistant for custom flag company

We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team! Communication between the office and production is a key factor in the success of this position. Must be a quick learner and have the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate will be a team player and possess the following qualities and abilities: Desire to learn Self-motivated Customer service focused Good communicator Reliable / Trustworthy Efficient Detail oriented Problem solver Flexible Essential Functions: Answering Phones and Greeting Customers Invoicing and receiving credit card payments / processing deposits Converting estimates to invoices and updating order progress Coordinate delivery of orders Communicate with vendors and production staff Process UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS shipments Other tasks that relate to Office and Production administration as assigned Work Environment: We offer a casual office environment. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm Required Education and Experience: High school diploma Required: Ability to speak, read and write in English Proficient in Google Programs One year of administrative experience helpful Proficient in Google Programs Helpful but not required: Ability to speak, read and write in Spanish Understanding of graphic design programs such Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw is a strong plus Please send a resume and cover letter in response to this ad with a brief introduction, explaining why you would be the perfect addition to our team.
