Busy real estate company look for part time help for marketing and office escrow document help, may possible to go full time position open for immediate hire for a busy real estate office in Huntington Beach. Real estate knowledge/experience is a plus! Must be Organized and detailed and be responsible and ethical and be proficient in Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, Power Point and Microsoft Word. Position entails data entry, creating flyers, ads, and marketing materials. Prefer that applicant lives close to Huntington Beach, Costa Mesa or Fountain Valley, Westminster, garden grove Tasks include: \\- Social network post, -basic graphical skill-Phone calls and monitor emails \\- Responsible for real estate paperwork and documents \\- Create letters and memos \\- Word and excel , Data Enter \\- Create, label, and deliver marketing materials \\- Creative thinker some sort of experience with graphic programs such as Adobe, Photoshop, Illustrator, Corel Draw, or In Design.
