Graphic Design/Sign company seeking a multitasking individual who likes to stay busy and who always wants to improve themselves. The unique position is full- time position with A LOT of room to grow. Current duties (but not limited to): • Answer phones and talk with clients, vendors, and staff • Daily email correspondence with clients and responses to inquiries • Ship items via UPS/FEDEX- may need to take them to their locations • Assisting with ordering supplies from vendors and maintaining stock • Generating work orders, then converting them to invoices, take payments via phone or in person • Help facilitate job progress * Assisting with printing and job layouts Other general office administrative duties include (but not limited to): Cleaning the office and shop area, vacuuming, emptying trash, cleaning and organizing desk(s), vinyl and shelves, sweeping/mopping, cleaning refrigerator/microwave, etc. The front office assistant must have great customer service skills as they are responsible for welcoming and directing customers and callers. This position represents Our Company and is the first point of contact for visitors and callers, therefore requires a high degree of professionalism and positive engagement.
