Key Area 1 – Customer Service \\- Answer incoming calls for service inquiries, schedule technicians for pickups, deliveries or on location cleaning. \\- Call backs to clients regarding service or follow ups to on location services, upholstery, drapes or area rug services performed. \\- Utilize paging system to inform staff of incoming clients.
