The Office Coordinator acts as a “floater” to provide coverage at branch offices as needed, provides smooth and continuous administrative support and works to increase overall office and department efficiency. The ideal candidate will maintain the company’s high standards of providing outstanding administrative and customer support to incoming clients, agents and the retail and office facility (including shared agent desks & offices, kitchen area, copiers, printers, etc).
