We’re looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and organized team member who can take ownership of projects from start to finish — both in the office and in communication with our clients. Key Responsibilities • Track jobs from quote to completion using our project management system • Communicate with clients via phone and email about design, timelines, and approvals • Coordinate with installers, fabricators, and vendors to ensure jobs stay on schedule • Order materials and follow up on vendor timelines • Create sign proofs, layouts, and simple production files in Adobe Illustrator (Mac environment) • Maintain organized digital and physical files for all projects • Help identify and improve internal systems and processes • Occasionally greet clients or handle walk-ins at the front office What We’re Looking For • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent communication skills — clear, professional, and personable • Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (required) • Experience on Mac computers • A self-starter who can learn independently using how-to videos, documentation, and notes • Ability to manage multiple projects and follow through with deadlines • Customer-focused mindset and professional phone/email presence • Comfortable in a small-business setting where everyone wears multiple hats — we can’t hold your hand, but we’ll give you the tools to succeed Schedule & Compensation • Full-time, on-site position • Our office is open Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–4:00 PM • Flexible scheduling available as long as the hours are consistent each week — for example, Monday–Thursday, or 8:00 AM–3:00 PM daily • Competitive pay based on experience • Paid time off and opportunities for growth within a creative, collaborative environment Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
