Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Confidential Seattle-Tacoma, Washington

Work is regularly performed in a childcare office environment in Seattle and is exposed to noise when the program is in session. This is a part time-hourly position for 30 hrs/week. Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits are included. The essential responsibilities include a variety of clerical, financial and administrative tasks while assisting in planning, implementing, and delivery of a broad range of programs and projects. Effective communications skills (orally and in writing) in English Strong organizational, data entry and IT skills Customer- service and teamwork skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and fluctuations to the program, while maintaining professionalism and strong rapport with team members Education and Experience: Required: An associate degree or two years college coursework Two to five years of progressive experience and responsibility in a bookkeeping and administration position Preferred: A bachelor’s degree Nonprofit experience Job Type: Part-time Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour.
