We are seeking an experienced Office Manager + Bookkeeper to join our team at our corporate office in Kapahulu. *All human resource needs from onboarding to termination of employees, maintaining proper employee files, processing payroll and payroll taxes, direct deposit, health insurance and benefits, workers’ compensation, short-term disability, unemployment, etc. *Assistance with coordination of all marketing efforts to include but not limited to; graphic design, printing, merchandising, flyers, calendars, menus, etc. *Assistance with coordination of all press efforts to include but not limited to; creation and distribution of press releases, scheduling and follow-up of press inquiries *Hiring and management of any office support staff and/or interns and implementation of training and development plans *Serve as Executive Assistant and additional tasks as determined by President
