OfficeManager-Marketing Coordinator

Hill Architects, an architecture and planning firm, has an immediate opening for an experienced individual to: Greet visitors and serve as front line for calls and general inquiries and monitor and maintain social media feeds; Maintain office appearance and coordinate with building management; Monitor office supply inventory, order supplies and manage petty cash; Maintain office equipment and serve as IT liaison; Manage printing and messenger services; Maintain professional library including code books, materials and product literature; Provide administrative support to owner and architectural staff, including travel arrangements and expense reports; Coordinate meetings, catering and assist with meeting minutes and project reports; Organize and maintain filing systems and company archives, as well as company regulatory filings; Prepare time and cost reports for billing and profitability analysis; Monitor continuing education requirements and schedule classes and vendor presentations; maintain professional licensing records and renewals; Maintain employee files and assist with administering employee benefits and timesheets; Coordinate business development activities, including producing marketing materials and preparing statements of interest, qualification and proposals; Support public relations activity, including preparing staff for conferences, interviews and speaking engagements; and manage press releases, articles and award submissions; Conduct market research and analysis to assist with business planning. Job requirements: Bachelor's degree (or equivalent); excellent verbal and written communication and critical thinking skills; exacting attention to detail and strong organizational skills; initiative, reliability, adaptability, a sense of humor and enthusiastic collaborative spirit; proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Adobe Creative Suite; membership in SMPS and experience with QuickBooks and Adobe Lightroom is preferred; Interest in graphic design and the fields of architecture and construction also preferred.
