* Develop graphics and layouts for internal company needs. * Load and cut vinyl on a plotter. * Work on different projects simultaneously * Maintain accurate electronic and paper record of files * Establish and maintain effective team relationships with all support departments * Participate with marketing when needed, working with the Owner and Sales staff. *Previous experience in a sign shop or graphics industry is necessary. * Must have the flexibility to lean over a waist-high table and use back forth hand motions to apply vinyl letters and graphics to a substrate (On-the-job training will be supplied for POS program that we use for work orders/quotes.)
