I am a young female entrepreneur looking for a team of women business partners, and maybe a couple of men business partners to join both of my online startup businesses. You must have the ability to help the businesses grow by helping the team add fresh ideas to the business vision on a monthly basis. You must have a positive attitude, have the ability to problem solve with the team when things don't go as planned, and also be able to adapt to change. Women and /or men who are not looking for compensation right now because they understand that these are startup businesses that are still in the development phase of becoming something bigger with the right team, vision and ideas. Women and/or men who have a skill or a talent that would be helpful for the growth of both businesses.
