Job Summary A creative Graphic Designer and Production Artist is sought by OnQ Solutions to lead the production of graphic materials, packaging, display, and advertising projects. With a passion for details and a mix of creative and technical know-how, this role will collaborate closely with designers, engineers, account managers, and the print production team. Key Responsibilities • Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for various printing types • Make artwork production-ready, resolve issues during prototypes or production, and develop design catalogs, style guides, and print graphic mock-ups • Collaborate with teams in the production of graphic material, packaging, display, and advertising projects • Collect, process, and organize files, work on in-house prototypes, and ensure a clean hand-off to the print production team and vendors Requirements • Expert level in Adobe CC; InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator • 3-5 years of experience in a hands-on graphic designer or production artist position • Excellent collaboration skills, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple competing tasks and demands • Detail-oriented and willingness to learn and adapt with technology • Strong typography, color, and layout abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and critical thinking
